GOLF SAFARI
(9 Nights)

Day 1 — Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital, to begin your golf adventure

Day 2 — This morning visit the Elephant Orphanage, maybe have lunch with the giraffe at Giraffe Manor.

Day 3 — Golf on Muthaiga GC, a championship parkland course and home of the Kenya Open. Superbly landscaped and set amidst flowering shrubs and trees ablaze with color.

Day 4 — Today play Karen GC, a beautiful championship golf course neatly tucked in the leafy suburbs of the capital city Nairobi. A golf course with a rich history that sprang from the coffee plantations of the Dutch Baroness Karen von Blixen back in the 1930s. This course has hosted the Magical Kenya Open and the KCB Karen Masters.

Day 5 — Early departure for Lake Naivasha, take a boat ride to Crescent Island.  Drive on to the Great Rift Valley.

Day 6 — Today golf on the Great Rift Valley GC, set on the slopes of a small dormant volcano with unspoiled scenery in all directions.   It has earned a reputation as one of the most challenging and breathtakingly beautiful of all Africa’s championship courses.

Day 7 — This morning fly  to Kenya’ s best-known game reserve – the Masai Mara. In the afternoon game viewing in the rolling hills and plains for a view of the huge black-maned lions.

Day 8 — The day is spent watching and photographing game in this the finest of Kenya’s game sanctuaries.

Day 9 — Early game drive before returning to Nairobi or fly on to Mombasa.


MOMBASA (
4 Nights)

MOMBASA BEACH — What better way to end a safari than relaxing on the beach!  After your “golf safari” head for the Coast and spend some time on the beach, sightseeing, snorkeling, fishing and golfing…

Day 1 — Depart Nairobi for Mombasa. Leisure time to explore the coral coast or relax.

Day 2 — Golf will be on the Nyali GC, a championship, parkland course set amid palm trees and coral outcrops which present unusual hazards!

Day 3 — Another day to relax, you may want to try another round on the Nyali GC, or Vipingo GC, a championship course set high on the ridge with dramatic coastal views, this is truly one of the finest courses in the region.

Day 4 — Depart Mombasa for your next adventure or home.

 

SEYCHELLES — an Island Paradise.
A thousand miles off the East-African coast you will find a tropical paradise-islands with pristine white coral – sand beaches, set in the pure , turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Here you will find natural and unspoiled places with coral reefs, along with plant and animal life not to be seen anywhere else.

The Seychelles archipelago is great for ‘Island Hopping’ — exotic islands with names such as Bird, Cousin, La Digue (where the mode of transportis bicycle and oxcart!) and many more. Accommodation ranges from guest houses to ultra deluxe resorts — take your pick!

Short on time? You can go straight to Praslin Island where you will find secluded coves and beaches with superb snorkeling, scubadiving, fishing AND the Lemuria Resort and Golf Course. The new championship Lemuria GC was designed by Rodney Wright and is a scenic delight.
